Fayth founded Lane 4 Management after seeing firsthand the challenges faced by emerging athletes trying to balance high-level sport with work, study, and everyday life. Through her friendships with athletes across a range of sports, she saw how often talented athletes were forced to choose between training, earning money, and having enough time to properly focus on their sport.
Many were working jobs simply to afford training, competition, travel, and equipment, while also trying to build their careers and maintain their performance. Fayth recognised an opportunity to provide athletes with support that could help take some of that pressure away.
Lane 4 Management was created to help emerging athletes build their profiles, access sponsorship opportunities, and create partnerships that genuinely support their sporting ambitions. The goal is simple: to help athletes spend more time doing what they love, while creating opportunities that make their sporting journey more sustainable.

Our Positioning
Lane 4 Management is a boutique agency. We intentionally represent a limited number of up-and-coming and high-performing athletes to maintain high standards, strategic focus, and personal oversight.
For emerging athletes in particular, we understand that sport is often only one part of a much bigger picture. Many are balancing training with study, work, coaching, travel, and everyday commitments. Lane 4 exists to help create opportunities that support athletes both financially and commercially, while allowing them to continue focusing on their development and performance.
Our objective is not volume. It is quality, alignment, and long-term impact. By keeping our athlete portfolio intentionally small, we can remain hands-on, responsive, and genuinely invested in the success of every athlete we represent.
