Neda Vaičaitė is a Lithuanian collegiate swimmer competing for WVU Tech in the NAIA, specialising in backstroke and sprint freestyle events. Alongside her athletic career, Neda is studying Sports Management, combining her passion for high-performance sport with an interest in the broader sports industry.

During her freshman season, Neda qualified for the 2026 NAIA National Championships, achieved top-eight finishes across all of her conference championship events, and secured 3rd place in the 50 freestyle. These results reflect her commitment to continuous improvement and her ability to perform at a high level in competitive environments.
